Year 1 visit the Vedic Temple

This week in Year 1 the children enjoyed a visit to the Vedic Hindu Temple in Southampton. During their visit they explored the Temple, spoke to the Priest Ritesh and observed the artefacts.  Next week the children will be visiting St John’s Church so they can directly compare the two buildings as places of worship as part of their learning in Religious Education
