Please note that forms will need to be completed by 12pm Friday the week before you would like your child to return.

 

Please be as accurate as possible with regards to days and times needed. Please be aware that there is a change in the hours of the school day, this is 8.45 - 14.45 Monday - Thursday and 8.45 - 13.00 on a Friday, hours can be extended to 14.45 on a Friday for key workers if you are unable to change your working hours, but please make us aware of this beforehand via email. 

 

We are extremely grateful to those families who have been able to limit using the provision to essential days and times and would ask that you continue to do so in order that our staff can be protected.

 

Those who have children in Year R who are not key workers, please use this form to indicate if you wish for your child to return to school, again this will need to be completed by 12pm Friday of the week before you require the space https://forms.gle/WqXdtYsjc52XWpPWA. You will receive a letter on the Friday afternoon informing you of which bubble your child is in and the start and end time for that bubble. We will expect these children to return on a full time basis but be collected at 1pm on a Friday.
